Trecom is a business operating in the IT industry for over 20 years. The main goal of the business is establishing and, above all, securing the company networks of its clients, as well as other services related to broadly understood digital consulting. At a certain stage of its business development, Trecom Poznań has decided to update its technological infrastructure in order to simplify processes and combine sales and marketing activities more effectively. Due to the system’s versatility, management decided that HubSpot platform - combined with Verseo experts - is the best possible choice. And we proved that.

Trecom Poznań uses Salesforce as the main software to handle the sales process. The first step was obvious - we had to integrate the current CRM with HubSpot. That way, we could improve the flow of information about customers and prospects between the marketing and sales departments.


Trecom Poznań organizes many marketing campaigns focused mostly on digital education. Each of them requires dedicated websites and other promotional materials, as well as the automation of the entire backend - for example, creating registration processes and related subsequent communication. Here comes HubSpot and the ability to create both entire websites and landing pages directly in CRM.


After analyzing the needs, the client decided on the following modules:

  • CMS Hub Enterprise (today known as Content Hub)
  • Marketing Hub Professional
  • Sales Hub Starter


Implementation process step by step


The implementation followed a proven pattern. At the beginning, we dealt with the initial technical configuration - including generating tracking code and building digital foundations. After that it was time to define processes and implement them together with key users. Step 3 consists of user training so that the whole team becomes proficient in using HubSpot. The implementation culminated in collecting feedback and final optimization works.



Due to the large scale of marketing activities, we also - after the system implementation - cyclically create additional websites and functionalities for the client as part of additional cooperation.

Salesforce integration and designing sales process

As we mentioned earlier, Trecom Poznań uses Salesforce to organize sales. At the time of implementation, full migration to HubSpot was not possible due to internal organizational limitations. As a solution, we connected both tools so that they could exchange data with each other. The main assumptions of integration are:



  • Data is transferred back and forth from HubSpot to SalesForce and from SalesForce to HubSpot (two-way integration).
  • HubSpot stores information about marketing activities - training materials, marketing consents, marketing emails, etc.
  • The integration allows us to generate up to 5,000,000 API calls per day.
  • Contacts and leads existing at the time of integration launch will be transferred to HubSpot.

Presence on social media is one of the basics of digital marketing. We have linked LinkedIn and Facebook profiles with HubSpot - now the marketing department of Trecom Poznań can publish posts in one place using the CRM panel.

Websites and landing pages


A crucial point when choosing the CRM platform by Trecom Poznań was the ability to create and edit various types of websites - the brand focuses on modern digital marketing, which requires regular use of digital promotional resources. For this reason, Trecom chose the CMS Hub module in the Enterprise version, which provides the option of creating extensive websites directly in HubSpot.


After we created several websites (including the Trecom Security 360 conference - "Cybersecurity landscape on the Polish market"), it was time to prepare a website presenting a very ambitious Trecom project, i.e. the world's largest implementation of the Cisco SD-WAN network on one technological platform, covering over 9,800 stores of the Żabka chain. Creating the website involved Trecom Poznań launching a large advertising campaign, proportional to the scale of the entire project.


Based on the graphic design prepared by Trecom Poznań, we have prepared an extensive landing page that allows you to download a case study, subscribe to the newsletter and, of course, contact the company. The website contains animated elements, smooth transitions and many other custom modules that we coded from scratch in HubSpot.
